Choosing an engagement or wedding ring that will be worn forever feels wonderful and, perhaps, a little overwhelming. Why choose a ready-made piece of jewellery when you can have one created just for you, or the person you love? Wearing a unique jewel is a very special feeling. Your piece of jewellery will remain unique (this does not apply to my collections).
Clients always find the process fun and exciting. We communicate via e-mail or phone if you wish. Should the diamond be oval, teardrop-shaped, or, perhaps, square – or do you fancy a completely different shape? I will suggest diamonds to match your taste and budget, and with certification from your preferred institute. You will be given a link to the certificate of the diamond(s) of most interest to you. Certificates for diamonds over 0.50 ct will come from institutes such as the GIA, IGI, and HRD. We do not sell any conflict diamonds. I always recommend purchasing certified diamonds if you consider a 0.50ct diamond or bigger. Diamonds exceeding 0.50 ct from the major institutes have a laser inscription with the number on their girdle, which means that the diamond cannot be mistaken for another. We discuss various inspirational images and drawings. If you do not have a clear idea, I am more than happy to help! Once we begin to get close to your dream ring/piece of jewellery, I will produce 3-D images for you. Then, once you have approved these and the price, your piece of jewelry will be produced.
If you would like many smaller diamonds (below 0.25ct), for example, to make an eternity ring, the most common approach is to choose diamonds that all have the same size of the “table” so that they fit well together. These diamonds fall between F and H in terms of colour and between VS and SI in terms of inclusions. It is good to know that they are of at least equal quality to the small diamonds from Cartier, Tiffany, Bvlgari, and the other major jewellery houses. Small diamonds sparkle slightly less than large ones
Prepare yourself for a wonderful moment when you see your diamond jewellery in reality for the first time. The sparkle of a diamond has to be experienced IRL.
My pieces of jewellery are manufactured in Dubai by highly skilled craftspeople. I have lived in Dubai for 12 years and have been working with various workshops since 2012. Having visited other jewellers and workshops around Europe, I know that my partners in Dubai are unbeatable – not only on price, but also in terms of craftsmanship. Another reason for using this particular workshop is that the employees are offered fair and safe working conditions.

Care
If you wear your sparkling diamond every day, do not forget to give it a much-needed clean once a week. Diamonds attract dust as well as the oils from your skin, and this directly dulls the sparkle. A little washing-up liquid, warm water, and a toothbrush can do wonders for the diamond. You can also buy cleaning solutions, into which you lower your jewellery for a while and then wipe it dry with a special diamond cloth. Porous stones, such as pearls and turquoise, should not be placed in these jewellery baths as they may then fade. Pearls and porous gemstones must only be cleaned with a soft cloth. The more you wear your pearl jewellery directly against the skin, the more beautiful it becomes.
I always recommend that my clients take their diamond jewellery to a jeweller at least once a year to have the setting checked to ensure that the diamond is still secure. Gold and platinum are relatively soft metals, and a piece of jewellery worn daily on the hand will be subject to wear. Nonetheless, if you have sent in the piece, you can also have it polished and rhodium-plated (if it is made of white gold).
It is possible to change your mind after purchasing and manufacturing a piece of jewellery specially made for you, but we cannot offer you a refund. On the other hand, we can help you to create a new piece of jewellery from the gemstones or pearls in your existing piece. Your gold will be reused, and we can offer our workshop service when you have the piece remade. You will need to pay for return shipping, the gold (with a deduction for your “old” gold), customs duties, and VAT.
